• Support Arab Open University tutors in the presentation and assessment of systems thinking courses.
• Two day presentation of the OU Systems Thinking course T306 on the practice to the Arab Open University. 
• Developed the 2 day foundation 8 module asset management course for AstraZeneca to enhance their use and the improvement of vital risk analyses of process operations.
• Two day presentation of the OU Systems Thinking course T205 on theory and practice to the Arab Open University. 
• COROUS, Open University Corporate Services are contracted to support BAe Systems in their change management programme.  Role to train engineering staff throughout the group in common technical and management systems. 
• Led 3 day tutorial and site visit to oil industry engineers on facility management strategies and management systems for the University of Teesside.
