Progressive Response
The full benefits of a cold mailing campaign can take months to reveal themselves. For example, we have received a Purchase Order for a client's product 6 months after a campaign had concluded.
Our intention is that the campaigns we manage should be steady and progressive, so the results should be monitored over a period of, initially, 10 weeks. Subject to payments being up to date we provide a weekly report.
Record Keeping
We keep a records chart that is updated daily on numbers of mailings sent out, hits on our website and the email addresses that fail.
SPAM
We do not approve of SPAM, but recognise that some regard any unsolicited email, regardless of intent as such.
We therefore keep our messages short and can vouch for their integrity. We do not email an individual more often than once a quarter. All emails are all directed at B2B prospects.
All emails have an easy to use, “remove me” link, we quarantine from our mailing list anyone who so requests.
